| Women have always had affection for watches.
And for watchmakers, the feeling has been mutual. Women have been enjoying
the pleasures of watch wardrobing long before most men knew how to properly
dress themselves. Like shoes, watches have always served as stylish accessories.
Quantity over quality has always been the rule of thumb, with a piece’s
fashion appeal edging out its functions, fit and finish. That is, until
recently. More and more, women have come to appreciate what men have always
admired about fine wrist instruments. They still appreciate fashion forward
design, but now they are beginning to truly appreciate what lies beneath
the surface as well, giving rise to a new breed of female collector. A Swiss
movement is just as likely to impress as a diamond bezel. Take the new Invicta
Angel Europa for example. With its Swiss made movement, solid stainless
steel case and trendy design, it will complement any female wardrobe, or
watch collection. CLICK HERE to view past issues |
